1. Who We Are
Remergant LLC (“Remergant,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company providing professional technology services and managed automation platforms. Our registered address is 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 8N 160, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, engage our services, or communicate with us.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you book a conversation, send us an email, or engage our services.
- Business information: Financial statements, billing data, transaction records, and business documentation provided during service delivery or platform evaluation.
- Credentials and secrets: System access credentials, API keys, passwords, and other authentication data provided to enable service delivery. These are handled with elevated security measures — see Section 6 for details.
- Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment processors (Stripe and Airwallex). We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details directly.
Information Collected Automatically
- Website analytics: We may collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
- Transactional email tracking: Operational emails sent through MailJet may include open and click tracking to confirm delivery and measure engagement. This applies to operational communications only — not marketing or advertising.
- Communication records: Emails and messages exchanged during service delivery are retained as part of our engagement records.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not purchase, rent, or acquire contact lists.
- We do not use tracking technologies for advertising, retargeting, or behavioral profiling.
- We do not collect personal information from visitors who do not voluntarily provide it.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- deliver and improve our services;
- communicate with you about your engagement;
- process payments and maintain billing records;
- evaluate whether a Managed Platform engagement is viable; and
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services in the course of our work:
- Payment processing: Stripe and Airwallex process payments on our behalf. Your payment information is handled according to each provider’s privacy policy and applicable PCI-DSS standards.
- Scheduling: Calendly manages appointment booking. Your name and email are shared with Calendly when you book a conversation.
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online stores invoicing and payment records related to your engagement.
- Transactional email: MailJet delivers operational emails on our behalf and may use open and click tracking for delivery confirmation.
- Cloud infrastructure: Our platform and automation systems run on Microsoft Azure. We provision infrastructure resources in your home country to comply with applicable data residency and privacy laws.
- Credential management: We use 1Password to securely store and manage credentials required for service delivery. Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is limited to what is required for service delivery.
- AI providers: We use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) in the delivery of our services. Data processed by these providers is governed by their respective privacy and data handling policies. See Section 9 for details.
We select third-party providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. We do not share more information with these providers than is necessary to deliver our services.
5. Data Retention
- Engagement records (invoices, communications, work history) are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven (7) years thereafter for tax and legal compliance.
- Financial statements provided during platform evaluation are returned or destroyed upon completion of the evaluation, unless the engagement proceeds.
- Website analytics data is retained in anonymized form and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
- Service Block records are retained for the duration of the block plus any applicable tax retention period.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client information, including:
- encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) for all client data;
- access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel and systems;
- credential management through 1Password with vault-level isolation between clients;
- infrastructure security including network segmentation, monitoring, and regular patching; and
- data residency with cloud resources provisioned in your home country.
Our AI agents and automation systems do not directly access or store private credentials, secrets, or sensitive authentication data. When private information must be exchanged, we use established secure mechanisms such as encrypted web forms and 1Password share links.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements; and
- withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at connect@remergant.com.
8. International Data
Remergant serves clients in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We provision cloud infrastructure resources in your home country to comply with applicable data residency and privacy laws. Your data is stored and processed in the region specified in your engagement or platform agreement.
Certain operational data (such as email communications and accounting records) may be processed in the United States through our administrative systems regardless of your location. By engaging our services, you consent to this limited cross-border processing for operational purposes.
For Canadian clients, we comply with applicable provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). For Mexican clients, we comply with applicable provisions of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). For clients in jurisdictions with additional data protection requirements, we will work with you to address specific compliance needs.
9. AI and Automated Processing
Remergant uses AI tools in the delivery of our services, including effort estimation, workflow automation, system design, and agentic operations. This section describes how AI interacts with your data and your rights regarding AI provider selection.
How AI Agents Handle Your Data
Our AI agents and automation systems do not directly collect, access, or store private credentials, secrets, or sensitive authentication data. When private information must be exchanged during service delivery, we use established secure mechanisms rather than passing sensitive data through AI processing.
Business data that is not classified as private or secret (such as transaction records, invoice data, and operational metadata) may be processed by AI tools in the course of delivering your services.
Third-Party AI Providers
AI processing in our services involves third-party providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. Data sent to these providers is governed by their respective privacy and data handling policies. We select AI providers that do not use customer input data to train their models under their standard business terms.
For Managed Platform engagements, you have the right to determine which AI provider is used within your platform instance. This choice is established during the platform evaluation and can be revisited as providers and their policies evolve.
Model Training
We do not currently use client data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not send client data to third-party providers for the purpose of model training.
We do anticipate that as AI inference technology matures, client-specific models operating on client-controlled infrastructure will become a valuable component of Managed Platforms. If and when this capability becomes available, we will seek your explicit consent before using any of your data for client-specific model development, and such models would operate within your infrastructure, under your control.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
